 Our speaker is Robin Howard... she will be talking about portion control and eating out.  8:30 meeting will be in the conference room, 6:30 meeting will be in the silver sneakers room.  I look forward to seeing all of you there!!I have lots of awards to give out, so please don't miss the meeting!!!!!
