Choreorobics Dance Off: If you love to dance, this is the class for you! CDO is dance choreography with aerobics. All levels are encouraged to attend. Dance your way into shape and look like a pop star while doing it!
Choreorobics Dance Grooves: This is a low-impact version of CDO. It is great for beginners, but don’t let that stop you from dancing off those pounds and inches!
Physique 11: An extreme fitness class combining intense weight training and cardio moves that will slim, strengthen, tone and firm. All levels are encouraged to participate. Be prepared to sweat and push your limits.

Spinning: An indoor cycling class designed for all fitness levels– a REAL calorie incinerator! The instructor leads the class on different “rides…” Intervals, going up and down hills, sprints, endurance, etc… Most classes last 45 minutes to an hour.
Strictly Step: Now that step is no longer new to many, we offer this intermediate to advanced choreography challenge. Many of your favorite basic moves are now taken to the next level. One hour of pure cardio “Strictly Step.”
