Body Blast 12: An extreme fitness class combining intense weight training and cardio moves that will slim, strengthen, tone, and firm. All levels encouraged to participate. Be prepared to sweat and push your limits.
Begin to Spin: A 30 minute class designed to prepare the novice rider. You will learn the basics of bike set-up, hand positions, and body positions. Bring a towel and come prepared to sweat!
Rock Bottom: An intense lower body workout using bands, gliders, dumbbells, balls, and steps.
Step & Kick: Intervals of your two favorite classes: step & kickboxing!
