Established in 1978, the Courthouse first opened its doors at the Lakeland location.  Take advantage of our Olympic-sized swimming pool, racquetball courts, Cybex and Nautilus machines, more than 115 free weight stations, 35 cardiovascular stations with individual flat-screen TVs, and so much more.  We even offer a women’s only area, as well as PACE women’s only group exercise classes!

Mon-Thurs: 5am – 10pm
Friday: 5am – 9pm
Saturday: 7am – 8pm
Sunday: 12pm – 8pm
