Introduction to Fitness – This is a great program for the brand new Courthouse member or an existing member who needs to get “re-energized.”  This is a one-month program consisting of 12 30-minute sessions.  Six education/information sit-down sessions are sprinkled in with six workouts/demonstrations on the equipment.  The member will leave the program knowing how to use all of the various types of equipment, as well as feel confident in visiting the club.  We will increase their knowledge of fitness and five them the “truth” about what it takes to get into and stay in optimal health.

Fitness Makeover- This is the ideal program for a member who is totally committed to permanently changing their physique, fitness habits and attitude toward what a healthy lifestyle is all about. The program consists of three 30-minute sessions per week (12 each month) for one year.  The member will be performing exercises they never thought possible and will achieve a physique and attitude that represents a “new you.” After completing a Fitness Makeover, you will not recognize yourself at all, and you’ll know how to take care of yourself for the rest of your life!

90-Day Fat Attack!-This program is not for a beginner!  It is for the somewhat advanced member who is already regularly exercising and believes they have a “good program,” but who is open to really being challenged.  The program consists of four 30-minute sessions per week for three months (48 total sessions), which are high-intensity and not for the weak-minded!

Pilot Program – This program is ideal for any Courthouse member who is already exercising regularly but wants an occasional “shot of motivation.”  The Pilot program is one 60-minute session per month: 30 minutes of assessment and education & 30 minutes on the floor learning the next month’s program. Think of bringing in your car for an oil change and basic tune-up every 3,000 miles except with your body’s fitness!

Custom EliteThis is THE program to be on if you want to create a positive and permanent lifestyle habits that increase your energy and enthusiasm for life while totally transforming your physique.  You will feel challenged yet exhilarated as your Personal Trainer navigates you through this 3-phase program, while your transformation serves as inspiration for others embarking on their own fitness journey!  Customize the monthly sessions based upon your budget and a rate of $25/session with a minimum of 4 sessions per month.

Newtrition- This is the ideal nutritional program for every Courthouse member.  All clients can add this program to one of the above fitness programs for only $99 and save money!  Corey Little, creator of Newtrition, outlines a simple and effective habit-based program for changing your nutritional lifestyle over the course of 6 months.
