The Courthouse Personal Training Department provides you with a comprehensive suite of fitness programs and services to ensure you reach your fitness potential! Participate in each of the following Fitness Services with a Courthouse Trainer and create your 2010 “Fitness Strategy.”

Learn what your fitness baselines are for strength, endurance, body composition and flexibility and what they mean to your health.

FITNESS CLINICS

Small group sessions covering all aspects of fitness including cardio, circuit training, split routines and more!

NEWTRITION PROGRAM

That's right, "New"trition! A new way for you to look at how food affects your well-being. Newtrition is a comprehensive program that teaches you how to adopt healthy nutritional habits that improve your energy, help you shed unwanted fat and enhance your total well-being in a simple, straightforward manner.

PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS

The quickest, most effective way to adopt positive lifestyle changes and to achieve all of your fitness goals. Individual, Partner and Small Team (3-5) programs available. Convenient 3 - 12 month plans that meet your budget and personal needs.

SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS FOR ALL MEMBERS

Courthouse offers programs that are specific to children, tennis players, folks who need to lose a few pounds (or more!) and other specific populations. There is a specialized program for every member, including YOU!

The Fitness Professionals at the Courthouse are dedicated to solving all of your fitness "challenges." Each Courthouse Trainer is Nationally Certified and has years of club experience, working with Members like you.
